Just placed your order and have no tracking number yet?
That is normal. Your tracking number is created when the carrier picks up your package, which usually takes a few business days after you order. We email it to you automatically as soon as we have it. Until then your order shows as being prepared, and you do not need to do anything. In the first 2-5 days after shipping, the tracker may show "No information" or an unexpected carrier. That does not mean your order is lost. If you have no tracking email after 7 business days, contact us.
